We are seeking a Sous Chef/Line Cook to join our team of professionals at the newly renovated Newfound Lake Inn's Pasquaney Restaurant & Tavern located in Bridgewater, NH. We are a year-round restaurant open for dinner only (Wednesday through Sunday). Nights and weekends a must.
Candidate will work under the guidance of our Executive Chef and will perform the following:
- Prepares meats, sauce, vegetables, soups and other food daily
- Cuts, trims, bones meats and poultry for cooking.
- Keeps kitchen work area clean and functional.
We are a full-service restaurant, tavern, wedding & events venue.
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
